About the Role:

Sales Lead
to spearhead business growth in the U.S. hospitality market. This leadership role is responsible for driving revenue, managing and mentoring the sales team, building strategic client relationships, and expanding presence across hotel ownership groups, procurement teams, and hospitality project stakeholders.

The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in U.S. B2B sales, team leadership, business development, and high-value deal closures. Experience in hospitality procurement, FF&E;, OS&E;, furniture, construction materials, or project-based sales will be highly preferred.

Key Responsibilities:

Sales Leadership & Team Management:
- Lead, mentor, and manage the sales team to achieve revenue targets and business objectives.
- Establish clear sales KPIs, pipeline expectations,



activity metrics, and performance standards.
- Conduct regular pipeline reviews, sales coaching sessions, and performance evaluations.
- Foster a high-performance sales culture focused on accountability, customer success, and continuous improvement.
- Develop sales strategies and action plans to accelerate business growth and market penetration.

Business Development & Revenue Growth:
- Drive new business acquisition across the U.S. hospitality industry.
- Identify, target, and engage hotel owners, management companies, procurement heads, purchasing teams, and project stakeholders.
- Build and maintain a robust sales pipeline through cold calling, email outreach, LinkedIn prospecting, referrals, networking, and strategic account development.
