Role: Commercial Analytics Lead

TCS is seeking a Commercial Analytics Lead to build, take to market, and scale our Commercial Analytics practice serving Life Sciences and adjacent regulated industries. This is a senior, client-facing leadership role that combines deep domain expertise with offering development, delivery ownership, and team building. The successful candidate will shape differentiated Commercial Analytics offerings, position and sell them to clients, and stand up the multidisciplinary teams required to deliver them with quality and at scale. The role is pivotal to growing TCS footprint across pharma, biotech and MedTech accounts.

Desired Competencies (Technical/Behavioral Competency) - :

•12-15 years in analytics / consulting, with substantial Commercial Analytics experience in Life Sciences / Pharma and ideally adjacent domains such as MedTech, healthcare, or CPG.
- Domain data ecosystems deep understanding of pharma commercial data ( claims, prescription / sales data, and secondary sources).




- Offering creation — proven track record of building and selling analytics offerings, not only delivering projects.
- Analytics depth — strong command of segmentation, forecasting, ML, marketing-mix / attribution, and optimisation, on modern data / AI platforms.
- Team leadership — demonstrated experience building and leading delivery teams in a consulting or services environment.
- Consulting skills — excellent stakeholder management, communication, and executive presence.
- Education — Bachelor's / Master's in a quantitative, business, or life-sciences discipline; MBA an advantage.

Valuable-to-Have
- Familiarity with regulated-industry data governance (data privacy, HIPAA, GDPR, GxP-adjacent considerations). • Experience applying GenAI / agentic analytics in a commercial context. • Exposure to global delivery models and multi-geography client engagement. • Prior experience establishing or scaling an Analytics Centre of Excellence (CoE).
