Role Description
This full-time, on-site Business Development Associate role is based in Bhubaneswar. The role involves identifying and qualifying new business opportunities, generating leads through various channels, and conducting market research to understand client needs and industry trends. The Business Development Associate will deliver presentations to prospective clients, support sales pitches, and maintain relationships with partners and stakeholders.



Daily responsibilities include coordinating with internal teams, tracking and reporting on business development activities, and contributing to strategies that grow enrollment and corporate collaborations. The role requires consistent on-site engagement with clients, partners, and academy staff.

Qualifications
- Strong presentation skills and experience delivering professional presentations to diverse audiences.
- Proficiency in lead generation, including identifying prospects, outreach, and follow-up.
- Ability to conduct structured market research and analyze data to inform business decisions.
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, with a focus on explicit, professional interaction.
