Role Summary

User Research & Information Architecture

· Conduct user research, contextual inquiries, and usability testing with clinical staff, doctors,



and hospital administrators to understand complex healthcare workflows.

· Map end-to-end user journeys, process flows, site maps, and task models for complex enterprise SaaS modules.

Wireframing & Prototyping

· Create low-to-medium fidelity wireframes, user flows, and interactive prototypes to communicate functional behavior clearly to engineering teams.

· Test and validate journeys, process flows, site maps through rapid prototyping and user feedback iterations.

· Work closely with product management and clinical leads to simplify Healthcare Infoirmation System user workflows.

Collaboration & Handoff

· Partner directly with Product Managers to align functional requirements with user needs.

· Hand off detailed interaction specifications, wireframes, and user logic to Full-Stack Java Engineers for frontend styling and development.

· Conduct usability audits on implemented features to ensure alignm
