*Role & responsibilities

A. Digital Marketing Strategy
- Develop and implement Vedastrams overall digital marketing and growth strategy.
- Define objectives, target audiences, platforms, content strategy and campaign priorities.
- Develop monthly, quarterly and annual digital growth plans.
- Identify opportunities to grow Vedastram across YouTube, Instagram, Facebook, Google and other relevant digital platforms.
- Develop strategies for audience acquisition, engagement, retention and conversion.
- Keep track of emerging digital trends, algorithms, formats, tools and technologies relevant to childrens content and education.

B. YouTube Growth & Strategy
- Develop and supervise the YouTube growth strategy for Vedastram.
- Analyse video performance, audience behaviour, CTR, retention, watch time, traffic sources, subscribers and other key metrics.
- Develop strategies for improving thumbnails, titles, descriptions, keywords, playlists and publishing frequency.
- Identify high-performing content formats and recommend future content based on data.
- Develop strategies for Shorts,



long-form videos, series, playlists and other YouTube formats.
- Monitor competitor and benchmark channels to identify opportunities and best practices.
- Work with the content team to optimize videos before and after publication.

C. Social Media Strategy & Supervision
- Develop content and growth strategies for Instagram, Facebook and other relevant platforms.
- Prepare monthly social media calendars in coordination with the content team.
- Supervise creation of reels, posts, stories, carousels and other social media formats.
- Ensure consistency of Vedastram’s brand identity, messaging and communication.
- Monitor engagement, follower growth, reach and community response.
- Identify opportunities for collaborations with creators, educators, parents, schools and relevant brands.

D. Paid Digital Marketing
- Plan and supervise paid campaigns across platforms such as Google, YouTube, Met
