Position Summary:
The Oracle Demand Management Cloud Functional Analyst supports the design, configuration, enhancement, and continuous improvement of Oracle Demand Management Cloud capabilities to enable effective demand planning, S&OP;, forecasting,



and connected supply planning processes. This role works closely with business stakeholders and the technology team to translate business requirements into scalable system solutions that improve planning accuracy, process efficiency, data integrity, and user adoption.

Key Responsibilities:
- Gather and translate business requirements for Demand Planning, Forecasting, S&OP;, and Supply Chain.
- Configure and support
Oracle Demand Management Cloud
.
- Manage forecasting configurations, hierarchies, causal factors, and statistical forecasting.
- Support Supply Planning, data collections, integrations, UAT, and issue resolution.
- Prepare functional documentation, process flows, and training materials.
- Drive production support, enhancements, and continuous process improvements.
- Own
core Oracle Demand Management configuration
