Key Responsibilities:

1. Handle project-based purchasing by understanding site requirements and arranging the required materials as per specifications, quantity, budget, and project timelines.

2. Manage mechanical purchasing of items such as motors, fans, pumps, pipes, fittings, and other related mechanical materials required for projects.

3. Handle electrical purchasing including wires, cables, conduits, electrical panels, and other electrical accessories as per project requirements.

4. Manage plumbing material purchasing such as pipes, pumps, valves, fittings, and other related plumbing materials required at the project/site.

5. Manage vendors, quotations, price negotiations, purchase orders, and timely delivery, while ensuring competitive pricing, required quality, and smooth coordination with suppliers.

Candidate Requirement:




Candidate should have 2–3 years of practical experience in Mechanical, Electrical & Plumbing (MEP) Purchase, good vendor contacts, strong negotiation skills, and a clear understanding of project-based procurement.

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
