We are looking for a Customer Support Coordinator to manage relationships with key clients and coordinate between customers, production, and logistics teams. The role will be responsible for ensuring customer orders are accurately processed, smoothly planned, and delivered on time.
Key Responsibilities
- Act as the primary point of contact for key/VIP clients.
- Receive, process, and track customer orders from inquiry to delivery.
- Coordinate customer requirements with the production team.
- Work with production schedulers to meet delivery timelines.
- Provide clients with regular updates on order status and dispatch schedules.
- Handle customer concerns, complaints, and delivery issues efficiently.
- Coordinate dispatch and delivery to ensure timely and accurate deliveries.
- Maintain accurate order and timeline records.
Requirements
- 2–5 years of experience in Customer Support, Customer Success, Account Management, Production Coordination, or similar roles.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Strong client relationship and coordination skills.
- Valuable problem-solving and organizational abilities.
- Experience in manufacturing, logistics, supply chain, or production will be preferred.
- Proficiency in MS Office, particularly Excel.
- Experience with ERP systems is preferred.
- Ability to work professionally with corporate/executive-level clients.
