**About the Role **

We are seeking a Claude Code Tooling & Evaluation Engineer to develop tools, workflows, and evaluation systems that improve AI-assisted software development. The role focuses on developer productivity, AI coding assistants, and code quality evaluation.

Key Responsibilities
- Build tooling around Claude Code and AI coding assistants.




- Evaluate AI-generated code quality.
- Develop automated evaluation pipelines.
- Improve developer workflows.
- Create internal AI engineering utilities.
- Benchmark AI coding performance.
- Collaborate with engineering teams to enhance AI-assisted development.

Required Skills
- 4–5 years of software engineering experience.
- Strong Python and Git expertise.
- Experience with developer tooling.
- Knowledge of LLM-powered coding assistants.
- Experience with automated testing.
- Strong debugging and code review skills.
