Sales Executive – Elevators

About the Role

AXIRISE Elevators is looking for an experienced and driven Sales Executive / Business Development professional to develop new business opportunities and grow our presence across the Malabar region.

This role is suited for a candidate with relevant experience in the elevator / lift industry, who understands the local construction market, can identify upcoming projects, build relationships with key decision-makers, generate leads and convert opportunities into confirmed orders.

Key Responsibilities
- Identify and develop new residential, commercial, hospitality and industrial projects.
- Scout upcoming construction projects and connect with decision-makers.
- Generate qualified leads and convert enquiries into orders.
- Build relationships with builders, architects, consultants, contractors, developers and building owners.
- Conduct customer meetings, site visits and project discussions.




- Understand customer requirements and coordinate with the AXIRISE technical team.
- Prepare and present quotations and proposals.
- Negotiate commercial terms and close deals.
- Maintain regular follow-ups throughout the sales cycle.
- Develop long-term customer relationships for repeat and referral business.
- Track market opportunities and competitor activity.
- Travel regularly for customer meetings, site visits and business development.

Requirements
- Relevant experience in the elevator / lift industry is required.
- Strong understanding of elevator products, installation, modernization and maintenance.
- Existing contacts with builders, architects, consultants, contractors or developers will be a major advantage.
- Good knowledge of the Kannur and Malabar construction market is preferred.
- Robust communication, presentation, negotiation and follow-up skills.
- Proven ability to generate leads and develop new business independently.
