Project Manager - Construction Project
- Overall responsibility for project execution from start to handover
- Preparation of project schedule, budget and resource planning
- Coordination with Architect, Structural Consultant, Client & Contractors
- Monitoring daily site progress, quality, safety (PPE, scaffolding)
- Checking BOQ, RA Bills, Material Procurement & Inventory
- Ensuring timely completion within cost and quality standards
- Reporting to Director / Client with weekly progress report
Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
