Key Responsibilities
- Design, configure, and enhance SAP Fieldglass Contingent Workforce solutions.
- Collaborate with business and technical teams to understand requirements and deliver scalable solutions.
- Support Fieldglass processes and integrations with enterprise applications.
- Identify and implement process improvements.
- Troubleshoot and resolve complex technical and integration issues.
- Coordinate cross-functional teams to ensure project objectives and deliverables are achieved.
- Mentor junior team members and support knowledge sharing.
- Participate in technical discussions and contribute to key project decisions.
