Job Duties
- Make daily outbound calls to people looking for work.
- Search job boards and databases for positive matches.
- Ask basic questions to check skills and work history.
- Tell candidates about the job, pay, and company.
- Set up interviews and call back to remind people.
- Write down notes and updates in the computer.
Required Skills
- Clear and friendly speaking voice.
- Good listening and convincing skills.
- Basic computer and typing use.
- High energy to meet daily call goals.
Pay: ₹8,000.00 - ₹10,000.00 per month
