Responsibilities

Produce monthly BI-based reports with analysis across the QHSE area — including Quality Levels, Cost of Poor Quality (CoPQ), and Safety Data — for Operations Management, Key Account Management (KAM), and Projects.

Act as the interface for the development of BI reports in the QHSE area, translating stakeholder needs into clear requirements and user stories.

Act as the interface for the maintenance of BI reports in the QHSE area, coordinating issue resolution, enhancements, and continuity of existing Power BI reports.

Act as the interface for the development of Power Apps in the QHSE area, gathering requirements and coordinating build and rollout.

Act as the interface for the maintenance of Power Apps in the QHSE area, ensuring stability, issue resolution, and ongoing improvements.





Maintain a facilitated overview of all QHSE BI and automation assets, and coordinate the development of recent solutions from intake to delivery.

Facilitate requirement ideation through workshops with QHSE stakeholders and convert outcomes into actionable user stories.

Maintain and refine the QHSE product backlog, ensuring user stories are well defined, prioritised, and ready for development.

Participate in Agile / Scrum ceremonies including sprint planning, daily standups, sprint reviews, and retrospectives.

Manage the JIRA intake workflow for QHSE requests, ensuring quality, completeness, and adherence to standards.

Our requirements

3–5 years of experience as a Business Analyst in Analytics, Automation, or Technology delivery environments.

Prior experience with, and understanding of, the Quality and Safety (QHSE) domain is beneficial — including familiarity with quality metrics, CoPQ, and safety reporting.
