Roles and Responsibilities :
- Design, implement, and maintain Oracle Fusion HCM modules such as Core HR, Compensation, Benefits, Time & Labor, Absence Management, Talent Management.
- Collaborate with clients to understand their business requirements and develop solutions using Oracle Fusion HCM technology.
- Provide technical support and training to end-users on Oracle Fusion HCM systems.
- Analyze client data and provide recommendations for process improvements.
Job Requirements :
- 8-12 years of experience in Techno Functional Consulting or similar role.
- Strong knowledge of Oracle Fusion HCM modules including Core HR, Compensation, Perks, Time & Labor, Absence Management, Talent Management.
- Experience working with large-scale enterprise implementations of ERP systems like Oracle EBS (E-Business Suite).
- Excellent analytical skills with ability to analyze complex business problems and develop effective solutions.
