Job Summary

We are looking for a responsible and organized Operations Head to manage daily operations, coordinate with different teams, monitor workflow, and ensure smooth and efficient functioning of the organization. The candidate should have valuable communication and management skills along with basic accounting knowledge.

Key Responsibilities

· Manage and coordinate daily operational activities.

· Monitor team performance and ensure tasks are completed on time.

· Coordinate between different departments for smooth workflow.

· Handle operational issues and find practical solutions.

· Maintain proper records, reports, and documentation.

· Support management in planning and implementing operational strategies.

· Monitor attendance, task allocation, and team productivity.

· Communicate with employees, clients,



and other stakeholders when required.

· Ensure company policies and procedures are properly followed.

· Assist with basic accounting-related tasks and financial records.

Required Skills & Qualifications

· Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Management, or a related field.

· Previous experience in operations, administration, or management.

· Strong leadership and team-management skills.

· Good communication and interpersonal skills.

· Problem-solving and decision-making abilities.

· Strong organizational and time-management skills.

· Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines.

· Good knowledge of MS Office/Excel and basic reporting.
