Project Head
Job Description :
- Manage and supervise end-to-end HVAC projects.
- Coordinate project planning, execution, and monitoring across multidisciplinary teams such as engineering, procurement, construction, and quality.
- Conduct site visits for project assessment, progress tracking, and quality assurance.
- Ensure compliance with industry standards, safety regulations, and client-specific requirements.
- Liaise with clients, vendors, contractors, and internal stakeholders to facilitate timely communication and problem resolution.
- Prepare and review technical documentation including AutoCAD / 3D / Revit / SolidWorks drawings, specifications, and reports.
- Conduct project meetings, track milestones, control project budgets, and mitigate risks proactively.
- Manage project handover, commissioning, and closure activities with proper documentation.
- Support validation and qualification activities in compliance with relevant guidelines applicable in critical environment projects.
- Familiarity with relevant standards and guidelines such as cGMP, ISPE, ASHRAE, GMP, and others applicable to HVAC projects.
- Robust analytical and problem-solving skills with a proactive and results-oriented approach.
- Adaptability to dynamic project environments and changing priorities.
Experience : 15+ yrs experience in HVAC industry
Education : BE

- Prepare Project & logistics plan.
- Conduct site survey based on the BOQ. Understating scope of work & challenges/ variation
- Preparation of shop drawings as per site & considering the units performance
