Job description *

Financial Record Keeping:Maintain accurate and up-to-date financial records, including income statements, balance sheets, and cash flow statements.

Record and reconcile daily sales, returns, and inventory transactions.

Financial Analysis:Analyze financial data to provide insights into sales trends, gross margins, and operating expenses.

Prepare financial reports and performance summaries for management.

Budgeting and Forecasting:Assist in the development of annual budgets and financial forecasts for the fashion retail business.

Monitor budget vs. actual performance and provide recommendations for cost control.

Inventory Management:Track inventory levels, turnover rates, and assess the value of inventory on hand.

Help in identifying slow-moving or obsolete inventory and recommend action plans.

Expense Management:Review and verify expense reports, ensuring compliance with company policies.

Identify opportunities for cost reduction and process improvements.





Compliance:Ensure compliance with industry-specific accounting standards, tax regulations, and financial reporting requirements.

Prepare and submit tax filings as required.

Financial Audits:Coordinate and support external audits as needed, ensuring all financial data is accurate and accessible.

Cash Management:Monitor daily cash flow, manage banking relationships, and optimize cash positions.

Recommend investment strategies for surplus funds.

Vendor Relations:Maintain relationships with suppliers and negotiate favorable payment terms.

Ensure timely and accurate payment processing.

Financial Software and Systems:Proficiency in using accounting software and point-of-sale (POS) systems specific to the retail industry.

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
