Export Sales & Business Development Executive – PVC/UPVC/CPVC Pipes & Fittings

About the Role

We are looking for an experienced and result-oriented Export Sales & Business Development Executive to handle international sales and export operations for PVC, UPVC and CPVC pipes and fittings.

The candidate will be responsible for generating international leads, communicating with overseas buyers, converting enquiries into orders, preparing quotations, negotiating prices and coordinating export documentation and shipment processes.

Key Responsibilities

Generate B2B export leads from international markets through online platforms, databases, email, LinkedIn and other sources.

Identify and approach importers, distributors, wholesalers, contractors and plumbing product buyers.

Communicate professionally with international buyers through email, WhatsApp, phone and online meetings.

Understand buyer requirements and convert enquiries into genuine export orders.

Prepare and send quotations, Proforma Invoices and commercial offers.

Negotiate prices, payment terms, MOQ,



delivery terms and other commercial conditions.

Follow up regularly with buyers until order confirmation.

Coordinate with buyers, CHA, CA, freight forwarders and internal team for export-related work.

Coordinate export documentation such as Invoice, Packing List, Shipping Bill, Certificate of Origin and other required documents.

Track shipments and keep buyers updated about order and shipment status.

Maintain proper records of leads, enquiries, quotations, orders and customer communication.

Provide regular reports to management regarding leads, enquiries, quotations, conversions and pending payments/orders.

Develop long-term relationships with international buyers and distributors.

Travel or attend international trade exhibitions/video meetings when required.

Required Skills

Good English communication skills – written and verbal.

Solid B2B sales and negotiation skills.
