About the Role

Elkos Healthcare is seeking an energetic and goal-driven Business Development Executive to accelerate market expansion across domestic and franchise (PCD) networks. You will identify high-potential business opportunities, onboard new franchise partners/distributors, and drive revenue growth for our pharmaceutical and healthcare product portfolio.

Key Responsibilities

Lead Generation & Conversion: Proactively source, qualify, and convert leads for PCD Pharma franchise, third-party manufacturing, and direct institutional distribution.

Client Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong, long-term relationships with franchise partners, stockists, chemists, and healthcare professionals.

Sales Strategy & Targets: Execute targeted sales strategies to achieve monthly and quarterly revenue quotas.

Negotiation & Deal Closing: Pitch product portfolios, negotiate commercial terms, pricing structures,



and monopoly rights, ensuring profitable deal closures.

Market Intelligence: Monitor market trends, competitor activity, product pricing, and emerging therapeutic demands to recommend growth strategies.

Order & Supply Coordination: Liaise between clients and internal teams (dispatch, production, accounts) to ensure timely order fulfillment and smooth onboarding.

Candidate Requirements & Qualifications

Education: Bachelor’s degree in Pharmacy (B.Pharm), Biotechnology, Science (B.Sc), Business Administration (BBA/MBA), or a related field.

Experience: 1–3 years of proven experience in pharma sales, PCD franchise development, or healthcare business development.

Industry Knowledge: Solid understanding of the pharmaceutical distribution model, PCD franchise networks, and drug product segments.

Core Skills:

Exceptional verbal negotiation, pitching, and written communication skills.
