Job Summary

We are looking for a Zoho Administrator to manage, configure, maintain, and support the organization's Zoho applications. The candidate will be responsible for user administration, workflows, permissions, automation, reports, troubleshooting, and coordination with different departments to ensure efficient use of Zoho applications.

Key Responsibilities
- Administer and maintain Zoho CRM, Zoho People, Zoho Books, Zoho Recruit, and Zoho Creator.
- Create and manage users, roles, profiles, permissions, and access controls.
- Configure modules, fields, layouts, forms, workflows, approvals, and business rules.
- Manage employee and organizational data in Zoho People.
- Manage recruitment processes, candidate records, and hiring workflows in Zoho Recruit.
- Support CRM users with lead, customer, sales, and service-related processes.
- Configure reports, dashboards, and analytics based on business requirements.
- Monitor system usage and ensure data accuracy and consistency.
- Troubleshoot user issues and provide timely technical support.
- Coordinate with HR, Finance, Sales,



Customer Care, and Operations teams for Zoho-related requirements.
- Maintain and improve existing workflows and automation.
- Manage data imports, exports, backups, and data cleanup activities.
- Support integration between Zoho applications and third-party systems.
- Maintain proper documentation of configurations, workflows, and processes.
- Coordinate with Zoho support or external developers for complex technical issues.
- Conduct user training and prepare SOPs for Zoho applications.
- Monitor system performance and identify opportunities for process improvement.

Required Skills
- Solid hands-on experience in Zoho Administration.
- Good knowledge of Zoho CRM, Zoho People, Zoho Recruit, Zoho Books, and Zoho Creator.
- Understanding of roles, profiles, permissions, workflows, approvals, and automation.
- Basic knowledge of Deluge scripting is preferred.
