We are looking for an energetic and target-oriented Associate Acquisition Manager – CASA to drive the acquisition of new Current Account and Savings Account customers. The role involves customer acquisition, relationship building, lead generation, and achieving business targets through various sales channels.
Key Responsibilities
- Acquire new CASA customers through direct sales, field visits, referrals, leads, and other acquisition channels.
- Generate and maintain a healthy sales pipeline to achieve monthly and annual acquisition targets.
- Identify prospective customers and understand their banking and financial requirements.
- Pitch and sell suitable Current Account and Savings Account products.
- Build strong relationships with customers and provide support throughout the account-opening process.
- Ensure timely collection and verification of KYC and other required documents.
- Coordinate with internal teams for smooth account opening and activation.
- Cross-sell relevant banking products such as FDs, insurance, credit cards, loans, and investment products.
- Maintain accurate records of leads, customer interactions, and sales activities.
- Ensure compliance with the bank's policies, KYC/AML guidelines, and regulatory requirements.
- Achieve assigned targets for customer acquisition, account activation, balances, and revenue.
- Monitor market trends and competitor offerings to identify recent business opportunities.
Candidate Profile
- Qualification: Graduate in any discipline; MBA/PGDM in Sales or Marketing is an advantage.
- Experience: 0–3 years in banking, financial services, sales, or customer acquisition. Freshers with strong sales aptitude may also be considered.
- Good communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong convincing, negotiation, and relationship-management abilities.
