- Inventory management: Ensuring that the restaurant has enough ingredients to meet demand
- Vendor management: Managing contracts with vendors to ensure that the restaurant receives the goods and services it needs
- Tracking metrics: Reducing expenses by tracking metrics
- Forecasting market trends: Mitigating risks by forecasting market trends
- Collaboration: Collaborating with stakeholders
