Key Responsibilities

1. HR & Employee Management
- Handle day-to-day HR activities including employee attendance, leave and documentation.
- Coordinate employee onboarding and exit formalities.
- Maintain employee records and HR-related databases.
- Coordinate with management regarding employee requirements and HR issues.
- Assist in recruitment, interview scheduling and candidate coordination.
- Support employee engagement activities and maintain a positive work workplace.
- Ensure company HR policies and processes are communicated and followed.

2. Student Counselling & Admissions
- Counsel students and working professionals regarding IT career opportunities and suitable courses.
- Understand students' educational background, career goals and requirements.
- Explain course curriculum, training methodology, placement process and fee structure.
- Follow up with enquiries through calls, WhatsApp and other communication channels.
- Convert qualified enquiries into admissions by effectively addressing concerns and objections.
- Maintain accurate records of leads,



follow-ups and admission status.
- Coordinate with trainers and management to answer course-related queries.

3. Student Relationship Management
- Maintain regular communication with enrolled students.
- Address student queries and coordinate with relevant departments for resolution.
- Monitor student satisfaction and identify potential issues.
- Assist in collecting student feedback.
- Coordinate with students regarding batch schedules, sessions, assessments and placement activities.

4. Coordination & Administration
- Coordinate between counsellors, trainers, students and management.
- Assist in preparing batch schedules and communicating schedules to students.
- Maintain daily reports related to enquiries, counselling, admissions and student activities.
- Support placement and marketing activities whenever required.
- Participate in seminars, walk-in drives, career counselling events and other institute
