Roles and Responsibility

1. Execution of Boiler and Heater Commissioning

Carry out pre-commissioning, start-up, and operation of boilers (AFBC), heaters, and burners.

Ensure all commissioning steps are executed in proper sequence.

Follow safety guidelines and standard procedures during operations.

2. Understanding and Implementing the Commissioning Plan

Study and understand the commissioning plan thoroughly.

Align on-site activities with the plan to meet project goals.

Ensure compliance with customer and project specifications.

3. Site Activity Planning and Scheduling

Plan daily and weekly commissioning tasks in line with project timelines.

Coordinate with cross functional teams to ensure readiness.

Monitor progress and adjust schedules to meet commissioning deadlines.

4. Issue Resolution Identify and analyze issues during commissioning using the Analysis Synthesis approach.





Develop practical solutions and implement corrective actions.

Close technical issues promptly to avoid project delays.

5. Development of SOP

Create detailed SOP for customer use.

Document step-by-step operating instructions and safety measures.

Ensure SOPs are clear, practical, and aligned with actual operating conditions.

6. Technical Feedback to Engineering Teams

Share in office challenges and learnings with the engineering team.

Recommend improvements for future design optimization.

7. Knowledge of Rotary Equipment Operation

Apply technical knowledge of rotary equipment like fans and pumps.

Support correct installation, alignment, and testing of these units.

Ensure proper operation and troubleshooting of rotary equipment.

8. Project Feedback and Documentation

Prepare a Project Feedback Report after site handover.

Capture key learnings, site challenges, and customer feedback.
