Purpose/Objective

We are looking for an experienced Senior Manager - Data Loss Prevention (DLP) - to join us As a Senior Manager, you will work as a part of our Cyber Security team, and you will collaborate with other IT professionals to ensure that sensitive data is protected from unauthorized access misuse, and breaches.
Your role will also cover Data Security Posture Management (DSPM), disk encryption controls, discovery and classification technologies, and Database Activity Monitoring (DAM) solutions.

Key Responsibilities of Role

Strategic Roles and Responsibilities: - Manage a comprehensive DLP program, including data discovery, classification, and protection policies.
- Conduct DLP and DSPM assessments to identify, mitigate, and report data protection risks.
- Ensure compliance with data protection regulations across multiple geographies.
- Collaborate with legal teams to review contracts and MSAs for DLP compliance.
- Oversee deployment and tuning of disk encryption technologies (e.
g.
, BitLocker).
- Understanding of Data Protection Impact Assessments (DPIAs)



and evaluate vendor risks from a DLP perspective.
- Participate in Architecture Review Board (ARB) reviews to ensure DLP/DAM/DSPM considerations are integrated.
- Manage and respond to data breaches and DLP incidents.
- Stay up to date with the latest DLP trends, threats, and technologies.
People Management - Foster an environment of learning, excellence, and innovation within the team and across teams.
- Provide mentorship and guidance to junior team members.
- Conduct performance reviews and provide constructive feedback.
- Ensure continuous career development of team members.
