Key Responsibilities:
- Support end-to-end outsourcing operations by coordinating with project management teams and suppliers.
- Assist in the timely creation, allocation, and distribution of Work Orders (WO), Purchase Orders (PO), and Statements of Work (SOW).
- Coordinate with suppliers and internal teams for invoicing, invoice submission, and payment processing activities.
- Support supplier registration, empanelment documentation, and contract-related processes.
- Assist in creating and maintaining work orders, contracts, and SOWs as per defined procedures.
- Understand IT and Non-IT outsourcing requirements and coordinate with relevant project teams and suppliers.
- Handle and follow up on supplier and project-related queries or escalations related to work orders, invoices, and payments.
- Maintain accurate outsourcing trackers, matrices, and operational reports.
- Support the management of existing supplier relationships and maintain updated supplier records.




- Provide regular status updates and ensure effective tracking of assigned outsourcing activities.
- Follow established procurement and outsourcing processes while ensuring accuracy and timely completion of tasks.

Key Requirements:

Minimum 1 to 3 years of experience in procurement or outsourcing operations

Understanding of Work Orders, Purchase Orders, SOWs, invoicing, and payment processes

Knowledge of supplier registration and documentation processes

Basic understanding of IT and Non-IT outsourcing requirements

Good communication, coordination, and interpersonal skills

Ability to maintain trackers, reports, and operational records accurately

Robust attention to detail and ability to follow defined processes

Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines

Preferred Qualifications:

Procurement or outsourcing experience from an e-Learning or IT company

Experience coordinating with project teams and external suppliers
