Responsibilities
- Design and develop bus interior components including flooring, side trims, ceiling panels, partitions, seats, luggage areas and driver cabin components.
- Develop 3D models, assemblies and detailed engineering drawings.
- Perform interior packaging, ergonomics, accessibility and clearance studies.
- Ensure proper interfaces with body structure, electrical, HVAC and other vehicle systems.
- Consider passenger comfort, safety, serviceability and manufacturability.
- Support prototype builds, testing, validation and design modifications.
- Coordinate with suppliers and cross-functional engineering teams.
Required Skills
- Strong knowledge of bus / automotive interior design and development.
- Experience with plastics, composites, sheet metal, trim and interior components.
- Understanding of ergonomics,



passenger packaging and mounting concepts.
- Knowledge of GD&T;, tolerance stack-up and manufacturing processes.
- Understanding of serviceability and component installation/removal.
- Positive cross-functional coordination skills.
