Role Description
This is a full time, on-site Recruiter role based in Noida. The Recruiter will manage end-to-end hiring activities, including sourcing candidates through multiple channels, screening resumes, conducting initial interviews, and coordinating selection processes with hiring managers. The role involves managing job postings, maintaining candidate pipelines, and ensuring a positive candidate experience throughout the recruitment cycle.



The Recruiter will collaborate closely with leadership and department heads to understand workforce needs, support employer branding initiatives, and contribute to continuous improvement in recruitment practices. The role also includes maintaining accurate recruitment documentation, using HR and ATS tools, and supporting onboarding activities when required.

Qualifications
- Strong candidate sourcing and screening skills, including experience with job boards, social media, and professional networks.
- Proficiency in conducting interviews, evaluating candidate fit, and coordinating selection processes with hiring teams.
- Experience using Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS), HR databases, and basic MS Office or productivity tools.
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to build strong qualified relationships.
