Senior Manager - Business Development Role Overview

We are looking for an experienced and result-oriented Senior Manager - Business Development to drive business growth across B2B and B2C channels. The candidate will be responsible for developing current business opportunities, building strategic partnerships, expanding market presence, and driving revenue growth.

The ideal candidate should have strong experience in the Pharmaceutical Retail, OTC, or Private Healthcare sector, with a proven ability to manage both institutional/business clients and consumer-focused growth initiatives.

Key Responsibilities
- Develop and execute business development strategies to achieve revenue and growth targets.
- Identify and acquire new B2B business opportunities, including strategic partnerships, distributors, retailers, institutions, and corporate clients.
- Drive B2C business growth through market expansion, customer acquisition, channel development, and customer engagement initiatives.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders, business partners, retailers, distributors,



and clients.
- Identify new markets, growth opportunities, and potential business collaborations.
- Conduct market research and competitor analysis to identify industry trends and business opportunities.
- Develop strategies to increase market penetration, sales growth, and customer acquisition.
- Work closely with Sales, Marketing, Operations, and other internal teams to ensure effective execution of business initiatives.
- Lead negotiations, prepare commercial proposals, and finalize business agreements.
- Monitor business performance, revenue pipelines, conversions, and key growth metrics.
- Prepare regular MIS, business reports, market insights, and growth projections for management.
- Drive initiatives for customer retention, repeat business, and long-term relationship development.
- Mentor and guide business development team members, where applicable.
