Responsibilities
- Analyze user behavior, business metrics, and product performance to identify growth opportunities.
- Build dashboards and reports to track key business and product KPIs.
- Work with Product, Growth, CRM, and Data teams to generate actionable insights.
- Perform ad hoc analysis to support business decisions and new initiatives.
- Identify trends, patterns, and customer pain points through data.
- Prepare presentations and business reports for leadership.
- Assist in A/B test analysis and measure the impact of product and marketing experiments.
- Support automation and process improvement initiatives.
What We're Looking For
- Recent graduate in Engineering, Statistics, Economics, Mathematics, Business, or a related field.
- Positive knowledge of SQL is mandatory.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.




- Comfortable working with large datasets.
- Familiarity with Excel/Google Sheets.
- Basic understanding of business metrics, funnels, and customer behavior.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills.
- Self-driven, detail-oriented, and eager to learn in a fast-paced startup environment.
Good to Have
- Experience with Power BI, Tableau, Looker Studio, or similar BI tools.
- Basic knowledge of Python or R for data analysis.
- Internship/project experience in analytics, product, consulting, or business operations.
- Understanding of consumer internet or B2C products.
