About the Role -

We are looking for an experienced
FP&A; Commercial Analyst
to join our Finance team. The role will work closely with the
Commercial Navigator and business stakeholders
, providing meaningful financial insights to support business decisions and drive commercial performance.

What You'll Do

? Analyze
margin performance
and identify trends, variances, and improvement opportunities.

? Perform
Price-Volume-Mix (PVM) analysis
across channels, segments, and customers.

? Analyze
OPEX / S&D; costs
and identify potential cost-saving opportunities.

? Support
budgeting, forecasting, and QRF (Quarterly Rolling Forecast)
processes.

? Prepare management reports and translate complex financial data into clear business insights and recommendations.

? Build and automate financial reports, models, and dashboards to improve efficiency.

? Partner with
Commercial, Sales, Finance, and Global FP&A; teams
across the organization.

? Drive continuous improvement, standardization, and automation initiatives.

What We're Looking For -

✅
8–12 years
of relevant experience in
FP&A;,



Commercial Finance, Business Finance, or Controlling
.

✅ Strong experience in
Margin Analysis and Price-Volume-Mix (PVM) Analysis
.

✅ Hands-on experience in
Budgeting, Forecasting, and Variance Analysis
.

✅ Strong analytical and financial modelling skills.

✅ Experience in
Management Reporting and Business Partnering
.

✅ Experience in building
automated reports and financial models
.

✅ Strong knowledge of
SAP/ERP, HFM, and BI tools
.

✅ Advanced Excel skills; experience with
Power BI or other BI tools
is an advantage.

✅ Robust communication and stakeholder management skills.

✅ Ability to analyze complex data, draw meaningful conclusions, and provide actionable recommendations.

✅ Self-driven, hands-on, collaborative, and comfortable working with multiple stakeholders.
