Scope

We are looking for a proactive and results-oriented Recruiter to manage end-to-end recruitment activities and support the organization's talent acquisition goals. The ideal candidate will be responsible for sourcing, screening, interviewing, and hiring quality talent while ensuring an exceptional candidate and hiring manager experience.

Key Responsibilities
- Manage the full recruitment lifecycle from requisition intake to onboarding.
- Source candidates through job portals, social media, employee referrals, networking, and direct sourcing techniques.
- Screen resumes and conduct initial candidate assessments.
- Schedule and coordinate interviews with hiring managers and interview panels.
- Facilitate offer discussions, salary negotiations, and offer rollouts.
- Ensure timely closure of open positions in line with hiring targets and SLAs.
- Build and maintain a solid pipeline of qualified candidates.
- Provide timely updates and feedback to candidates throughout the hiring process.
- Deliver a positive candidate experience and maintain employer brand standards.




- Maintain accurate candidate records within the Applicant Tracking System (ATS).
- Partner closely with hiring managers to understand hiring requirements and role expectations.
- Provide market intelligence on talent availability, competitor hiring trends, and compensation benchmarks.
- Participate in hiring review meetings and workforce planning discussions.
- Prepare recruitment reports and hiring dashboards as required.
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
- HR certifications are an added advantage.
- 5+ years of experience in Talent Acquisition or Recruitment.
- Experience in volume hiring, lateral hiring, or niche skill recruitment.
- Proven ability to manage multiple requisitions simultaneously.
