Role & responsibilities

1. Curriculum Planning and Implementation:

a. Develop and implement age-appropriate lesson plans that cater to the developmental needs of pre-primary students (typically ages 3-6).

b. Incorporate play-based learning, hands-on activities, and interactive teaching methods.

c. Use various teaching strategies to promote critical thinking, creativity, and a love for learning.

d. Ensure alignment with school curriculum standards (e.g., Montessori, play way method, CBSE, IGCSE).

1. Classroom Management:

1. Maintain a nurturing and safe classroom environment where children feel secure and respected.
2. Manage classroom behavior using positive reinforcement and gentle guidance.
3. Foster a cooperative and inclusive learning space.

2. Student Development:

1. Assess students' academic, social, and emotional growth, and provide feedback to parents and administrators.
2. Work with children individually or in small groups to address specific developmental needs.
3. Foster self-esteem and confidence in young learners.
