Job Summary

We are looking for a motivated and result-oriented Field Sales Executive to drive merchant acquisition and revenue growth across industrial areas, wholesale markets, and retail clusters. The ideal candidate will identify potential merchants, explain our products/services, onboard new merchants, build strong relationships, and achieve assigned sales and revenue targets.

Key Responsibilities

Identify and approach potential merchants across industrial areas, wholesale markets, and retail clusters.

Generate leads through regular market visits, referrals, and local networking.

Pitch and explain the company's products/services to prospective merchants.

Acquire and onboard new merchants as per company requirements and processes.

Achieve assigned sales, merchant acquisition, and revenue targets.

Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and newly acquired merchants.





Understand merchant requirements and provide suitable solutions.

Conduct regular field visits to develop recent business opportunities.

Follow up with leads and prospective merchants to convert them into active customers.

Maintain accurate records of leads, merchant visits, onboarding, and sales activities.

Coordinate with internal teams to ensure smooth merchant onboarding and service delivery.

Monitor market trends and competitor activities and share relevant insights with the sales team.

Ensure timely reporting of daily field activities and sales performance to the reporting manager.

Requirements

1-3 years of experience in field sales, merchant acquisition, business development, or a similar role.

Freshers with strong communication and sales skills may also be considered.

Good communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.

Comfortable with extensive field travel and meeting customers/merch
