- Work with different codebases and understand unfamiliar technologies.
- Develop small to medium-sized software features.
- Improve existing code for readability, reliability, and performance.
- Review code for quality, correctness, and clarity.




- Document technical approaches and development decisions.

Requirements
- 1+ year of professional software development experience in at least one of the following: Python 3, Java, Rust, Go, C++, or TypeScript.
- Strong understanding of algorithms, data structures, and software engineering fundamentals.
- Strong debugging and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to work with different codebases and technologies.
- Ability to write clean, maintainable, and well-documented code.
- Solid technical communication skills.
- Ability to understand technical requirements and deliver solutions independently.
- Prior experience with AI is not required.
