Role & responsibilities
- Handling day-to-day IT issues/problems related to End Users - desktops, laptops, printers, scanners, and other IT equipment for resolution.
- Handling day-to-day issues/problems related to Network LAN, WAN and Wi-Fi
- Providing L1 level support to Head office & Regional offices / branches over remote access & telephone
- Handling L2 level escalations from regional IT team for resolution
- Responsible for daily IT activities of
- Antivirus client Installation and definition updates
- Windows WSUS client installation and patch updates
- Installation / Troubleshooting of software installed
- Hardware-related issues
- Maintaining asset inventory.
- Configuration of user profiles for recent joiners.
- Providing remote support for WFH or remote location users.
- Network-related support and basic troubleshooting of network connectivity
- Troubleshooting Internet connectivity issues
- Creating shared drive/folder sharing and providing asset to the users as per the approval.
- VPN client installation and troubleshooting.




- Installation and troubleshooting of various issues with network printers.
- Troubleshooting MPLS connectivity issues within CMS branch locations
- Installing, configuring & troubleshooting Windows servers, Linux servers, VMware,
- Troubleshooting email-related issues of users using POP, IMAP & web clients and Outlook-related issues.
- Supporting in basic troubleshooting of CMS in-house application issues
- Relocating desktops / Printers as per Business approval within CMS Offices and coordinating with Admin/Logistics for asset movement to other locations
- Responsible for Documentation of all IT Infra / User list / Inventory Management / Access Rights / Application / Software List / Change Requests with 100% accuracy
- Ensure daily reporting to IT Manager about daily task lists / Incident Reports Review / Checklist Review
- Documentation of all IT processes and IT tasks
- Co-ordinate with procurement team for procurement of IT assets
