Key Responsibilities
- Manage and resolve Plex ERP helpdesk tickets within defined SLAs.
- Provide Level 1 and Level 2 application support to business users.
- Troubleshoot issues related to Plex ERP modules, workflows, reports, and integrations.
- Analyze and resolve data, configuration, and process-related issues.
- Support custom code changes, enhancements, and bug fixes in the Plex environment.
- Work closely with business users to understand and address application issues.
- Perform testing and validation of system changes before deployment.
- Document issues, resolutions, and knowledge articles.
- Coordinate with development teams and vendors for complex issue resolution.

Required Skills
- Experience supporting Plex ERP / Plex Smart Manufacturing Platform.
- Hands-on experience in application support and ticket management.
- Understanding of ERP processes such as Manufacturing, Inventory, Procurement, Quality, and Supply Chain.
- Knowledge of SQL for troubleshooting and data analysis.
- Experience with customizations, reports, integrations, and code updates in Plex.
- Robust analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
