Roles and Responsibilities
- Plan and deliver high-quality math lessons to students in Grade 1, ensuring effective learning outcomes.
- Develop and implement engaging lesson plans, incorporating various teaching methods to cater to diverse student needs.
- Assess student progress, provide feedback, and adjust instruction accordingly to meet individual requirements.
- Collaborate with colleagues to develop curriculum materials and assess program effectiveness.
- Maintain accurate records of student attendance, grades, and progress reports.
Desired Candidate Profile
- 3-8 years of experience as a Maths Teacher or related field.
- Robust knowledge of mathematics concepts for Grade 1 level.
- Excellent communication skills for effective classroom management and parent-teacher interactions.
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision while maintaining attention to detail.
