Key Responsibilities
- Manage day-to-day accounting operations and maintain accurate financial records
- Good knowledge of Accounts Receivable and collection processes.
- Proficiency in MS Excel and Advanced Excel.
- Knowledge of Pivot Tables, VLOOKUP/XLOOKUP, SUMIFS, COUNTIFS, and other Excel functions.
- Pass journal entries, maintain ledgers, and reconcile accounts
- Handle accounts payable and receivable processes
- Prepare invoices, purchase orders, and expense reports
- Perform bank reconciliations and monitor cash flow
- Support in monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reporting




- Coordinate with internal departments for financial data and documentation
- Assist auditors during internal and external audits

Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Commerce (B.Com) or related field
- 2–5 years of experience in accounting or finance
- Good knowledge of accounting principles and practices
- Familiarity with GST, TDS, and basic taxation
- Proficiency in MS Excel and accounting software (e.g., Tally)
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
- Good communication and coordination abilities

Preferred Skills
- Experience in handling compliance and statutory filings
- Ability to work in a quick-paced environment
- Basic knowledge of financial analysis

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
