We are looking for a highly skilled Java Engineering Lead to drive the design, development, and delivery of scalable enterprise applications. Key Responsibilities
- Lead the design, development, and delivery of enterprise-grade applications.
- Provide technical guidance, mentorship, and support to engineering teams.
- Drive architecture discussions and contribute to technical decision-making.
- Build scalable, secure, and high-performance backend systems.
- Develop and maintain APIs, microservices, and distributed applications.
- Collaborate with Product, Architecture, QA, and DevOps teams throughout the software development lifecycle.
- Ensure adherence to coding standards,
testing practices, and engineering best practices.
- Participate in code reviews and promote a culture of continuous improvement.
- Troubleshoot and resolve complex technical and production issues.
- Contribute to Agile development processes and delivery planning.
Required Experience
- 9+ years of experience in software development using Java technologies.
- Strong experience building enterprise-scale applications.
- Hands-on experience with up-to-date application architecture and backend development.
- Proven ability to lead technical initiatives and mentor development teams.
- Experience working in Agile development environments.
- Strong problem-solving, analytical, and communication skills.
