Role Overview

We are looking for a highly experienced and result-oriented Digital Marketing Specialist to lead our complete digital marketing department. The candidate should be an expert in all areas of digital marketing and capable of managing a 10-member team, driving real estate lead generation, brand growth, campaign performance, and business revenue targets.

Key Responsibilities

1. Digital Marketing Leadership & Team Management

Lead, mentor, and manage a team of 10+ digital marketing professionals

including:

Performance Marketing Specialists

SEO Executives

Social Media Managers

Graphic Designers

Video Editors

Content Creators

CRM / Lead Management Team

Assign daily tasks, monitor productivity, and improve team performance.

Conduct marketing meetings, campaign reviews, and performance analysis.

Train and upgrade team members with latest digital trends.

2. Real Estate Lead Generation & Performance Marketing

Plan and execute high-budget lead generation campaigns.

Expert-level knowledge in:

Meta Ads (Facebook & Instagram)

Google Ads





YouTube Campaigns

Performance Max

Retargeting Strategies

Manage monthly advertising budgets and deliver maximum ROI.

Improve lead quality and reduce CPL.

Build marketing funnels to support sales closures.

3. Strategy Planning & Business Growth

Create monthly and yearly digital marketing plans.

Develop strategies based on:

Project launches

Sales targets

Market demand

Customer behavior

Competitor analysis

Work closely with Sales Heads and Management to achieve revenue goals.

4. Branding & Creative Direction

Lead complete brand communication strategy.

Guide creative teams for:

Social media campaigns

Premium creatives

Reels & video concepts

Customer testimonials

Promotional campaigns

Maintain solid brand identity across all platforms.

5. Website, SEO & Online Presence

Manage website growth and optimization.

Oversee:

SEO ranking

Landing pages

Conversion optimization

Online
