Key Responsibilities
- Inspect and diagnose industrial vacuum pumps during repair and maintenance.
- Dismantle, inspect, clean, repair, and reassemble pump mechanical components.
- Pump casing, rotor, gear box, bearings, seals, O-rings, valves, and other mechanical parts.
- Perform manual rotor rotation checks and identify abnormal noise or mechanical issues.
- Support troubleshooting of pump overload, rotor jamming, cooling-water problems, N flow issues, abnormal noise, and other faults.
- Check pump inlet/exhaust connections, filters, flanges, and O-rings during maintenance.
- Maintain repair records, inspection reports, replaced-parts records, and testing reports.

Required Skills
- Good knowledge of mechanical maintenance and industrial pumps.
- Practical experience in pump dismantling and assembly.
- Knowledge of mechanical seals, O-rings, bearings, gears, shafts, rotors, and lubrication systems.
- Basic understanding of pneumatic/water piping and cooling systems.
- Ability to read mechanical drawings, equipment manuals, and technical specifications.
- Basic troubleshooting and root-cause identification skills.
- Positive knowledge of measuring tools and mechanical hand tools.
