Senior Accountant – Property
to join our growing team. The ideal candidate will possess
strong accounting fundamentals and exceptional analytical skills
, enabling them to manage complex financial data,



identify variances, and deliver accurate and insightful financial reports. This role requires hands-on experience in property accounting, lease structures, reconciliations, and month-end close processes.

Key Responsibilities
Financial Reporting:
- Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements for real estate properties in accordance with GAAP (Generally Accepted Accounting Principles).
