Role Purpose

The MIS Assistant Manager is responsible for overseeing the development, maintenance,



and optimization of the organization’s Management Information System (MIS). The role ensures accurate, secure, and timely availability of data to support operational efficiency, reporting accuracy, and strategic decision-making. The MIS Assistant Manager collaborates with cross-functional teams to enhance data management processes and implement technology-driven solutions aligned with business objectives.

Key Responsibilities

1. MIS Development & Maintenance
- Develop, manage, and continuously improve the organization’s MIS framework.
- Ensure accurate and timely data availability for management decision-making.
- Design dashboards and automated reporting systems.
- Maintain structured data repositories across departments.

2. System Evaluation & Implementation
- Evaluate and recommend appropriate hardware and software solutions.
- Lead implementation of MIS-related tools and platforms.
- Coordinate with IT and vendors for system upgrades and enhancement
