We are looking for a detail-oriented Data & Operations Executive to support data management, reporting, auditing, operational coordination, and process automation for a UAE BASED Company . The ideal candidate will have strong Excel/data skills, experience with data validation, reconciliation, quality checks, audit processes, and workflow automation, and the ability to identify opportunities to improve operational efficiency.

Key Responsibilities
- Support preparation and finalization of Monthly Progress Reports (MPRs) through data collection, validation, audit checks, and formatting.
- Conduct data audits, reconciliation, validation, and quality checks across systems, trackers, and reports.
- Identify missing, inconsistent, or inaccurate information and investigate discrepancies before reports are submitted.
- Maintain accurate data across trackers, shared files, and operational systems.
- Support grade reports, data extracts,



ad-hoc reporting, and management data requests.
- Manage transcript uploads, transcript trackers, document versions, and follow-ups for missing records.
- Support day-to-day system and platform data management and generate operational reports/extracts.
- Maintain organized records across OneDrive/shared folders, including document naming, version control, and audit evidence.
- Support inbox management, internal communications, onboarding administration, scheduling, interviews, meetings, and operational coordination.
- Assist with SOP documentation, user guides, training materials, and process documentation.
- Identify repetitive/manual processes and recommend or implement automation and workflow improvements.
