About the Role

We are looking for a creative, energetic
Junior Videographer cum Video Editor
with a solid foundation in filming, editing, and basic graphic design. If you are passionate about visual storytelling, eager to experiment with social media formats (Reels, Shorts, YouTube), and ready to gain hands-on production experience, we’d love to have you on our team.

Key Responsibilities
- Shooting & Setup:
Assist in setting up cameras (DSLR/Mirrorless or mobile rigs), basic lighting, and audio equipment for product shoots, interviews, and short-form social content.
- Video Editing:
Cut, trim, and assemble raw footage into engaging videos with clean transitions, background music, sound effects, and trendy subtitles/captions.
- Basic Graphic Design:
Create YouTube thumbnails, Instagram cover images, simple promotional posters, and social media story graphics using brand assets.
- Trend Research:
Stay up to date with the latest video trends, audio templates, and visual styles across Instagram Reels and YouTube Shorts.




- File Management:
Maintain organized folders for raw footage, assets, project files, and exports.

Required Skills & Qualifications
- Experience:
0–1 year of relevant experience or personal project work. A link to a
portfolio, demo reel, or sample projects is mandatory
.
- Software Tools:
- Video Editing:
Adobe Premiere Pro, DaVinci Resolve, or CapCut (Desktop)
- Graphic Design:
Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, or Canva
- Basic Camera Knowledge:
Familiarity with camera angles, basic framing, mobile filmmaking tools, gimbals, and lapel microphones.
- Creative Mindset:
Good sense of timing, rhythm in cuts, color, and typography.
- Attitude:
Eagerness to learn, accept feedback, and adapt quickly to fast-paced content schedules.

Preferred (Good to Have)
- Active creator with their own YouTube channel, Instagram page, or student film projects.
- Basic understanding of Adobe After Effects for easy text anim
