Job Summary
We are looking for an experienced US HR & Contracts Lead to manage end-to-end US HR operations, including US payroll, employee onboarding and offboarding, employment contracts, HR documentation, compliance, reporting, and stakeholder management. The ideal candidate should have strong knowledge of US HR processes and experience working with employees, managers, payroll teams, vendors, and internal stakeholders.

US HR Operations
- Manage day-to-day HR operations for US employees.
- Maintain accurate employee records and HR documentation.
- Ensure HR processes comply with applicable US employment requirements and company policies.
- Act as a point of contact for employees and managers on HR-related matters.
US Payroll
- Coordinate and oversee monthly/biweekly US payroll processing.
- Validate payroll inputs including current hires, terminations, compensation changes, benefits, deductions, leave, and attendance.
- Coordinate with payroll providers and Finance to resolve payroll discrepancies.
- Support payroll audits, reconciliations, and year-end activities.
Onboarding
- Manage end-to-end onboarding for US employees.
- Coordinate offer documentation, employment contracts, background checks, I-9/W-4-related processes, benefits enrollment, and HRIS setup.
- Ensure new hires receive required policies, documentation, and access.
Offboarding
- Manage employee separation processes, including resignations and terminations.
- Coordinate final payroll, benefits, access removal, company asset recovery, and required documentation.
