Roles and Responsibilities
- Design, develop, test, deploy, and maintain complex workflow applications using Appian BPM platform.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather requirements and deliver high-quality solutions on time.
- Troubleshoot issues related to application performance, scalability, and security.
- Participate in Agile development methodologies such as Scrum to ensure timely delivery of projects.
- Provide technical guidance and mentorship to junior team members.

Desired Candidate Profile
- 2-7 years of experience in developing business process management (BPM) solutions using Appian or similar tools like IBM BPM or SAIL.
- Proficiency in JavaScript, Java programming languages; knowledge of SQL database integration is an added advantage.
- Robust understanding of BPMN modeling language and its implementation in Appian designer.
