The Role
We are looking for a energetic and driven Sales Manager to take charge of the company's overall sales and revenue growth. In this role, you will lead our commercial expansion across both B2B (construction firms, real estate developers, and contractors) and B2B2C verticals. You will be responsible for building high-performing pipelines, managing institutional accounts, and driving direct top-line monetization.
Key Responsibilities

Overall Sales & Revenue Management
Top-Line Growth: Own and drive overall revenue targets, sales pipelines, and commercial monetization strategies across all B2B SaaS offerings, institutional accounts, and platform transactions.
Enterprise & Key Account Sales: Spearhead high-stakes negotiations and relationship-building with major construction companies, contractors, and industry stakeholders to close high-value contracts.
Pricing & Monetization: Optimize pricing models, subscription tiers, and platform transaction structures in alignment with market dynamics and customer value.
2. B2B & B2B2C Commercial Strategy
B2B Client Lifecycle: Oversee the onboarding, engagement, retention, and expansion of B2B clients on our SaaS platform to minimize churn and maximize customer lifetime value (LTV).
B2B2C Ecosystem Drive: Collaborate with field operations to scale worker onboarding, digital identity adoption, and ecos
